To request a quote for one or more parts, just enter the part number into our RFQ form. Each item only needs to be added once, and it will automatically be listed under your pending RFQs. Our system uses advanced tools to handle your request accurately and efficiently, while your sales rep works to secure the best pricing and delivery options based on your needs.

When you're ready to move forward, go to the “Pending RFQs” section. From there, you can enter your target price, desired purchase timeframe, or remove any items you no longer need. Once your details are finalized, click “Submit RFQ Now.”

Your request will be sent directly to your assigned sales rep, who will follow up with you shortly. You’ll also be able to review everything you submitted — including requested part numbers — in the “Submitted RFQs” section.

Our suppliers deliver directly to our fulfillment and quality check location in Illinois. Most parts arrive in the morning and are sent out later that same day. For items from U.S.-based suppliers, you can generally expect delivery within 3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders usually come with the original manufacturer’s warranty. For overhauled components, warranty coverage is provided based on the specific part and its condition.

All parts are carefully reviewed by our Quality Assurance team to confirm they match your order and meet required standards. If anything is off, the items are sent back to the supplier with no cost passed on to you.

We accept credit card and wire transfer for initial orders. Depending on your account and after speaking with your sales rep, payment terms may be available.

We work with both long-term clients and one-time purchasers. Customers with a consistent payment history may qualify for extended payment terms.
